Pleurotus ostreatus is a very productive strain of blue oyster from Pennsylvania that fruits dense clusters with dark grayish-blue caps. It produces best in cooler temperatures but also performs well during the warmer months. This is a gourmet edible mushroom. These are not psychedelic mushrooms but are great for cooking in the kitchen. One of the easiest to cultivate and highly nutritious.
