      Awesome genetics!

      I did NOT expect shiitakes to colonize almost as fast as cubes do, but I am pleasantly surprised to be incorrect!

      These shiitakes seem to have very strong genetics because the mycelium is taking over my grain jars after only two weeks! Super excited to transplant these colonized grains into a sterile hardwood dust in just a couple days!
